Refund Policy for Membership Fees and Profile Fees
At Professional Companionship, we strive to provide the best experience for our members. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds for membership and profile fees.
1. Refund Eligibility

Within 7 Days of Payment: Members may cancel their membership or profile purchase within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund, minus an administration fee of 20% of the payment.

After 7 Days of Payment: If a cancellation request is made after 7 days of payment, no refund will be issued.
2. Amendments to Profile Packages

One Free Change: We allow one complimentary amendment to your profile or membership package to accommodate changes in your plans.

Subsequent Changes: Any additional amendments will require an additional fee equivalent to 20% of the initial payment.
3. Forfeiture of Fees

Late Cancellations: If a profile or membership is canceled after a service has been activated or content has been created, fees are non-refundable.

Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for cancellations due to a change of mind or similar reasons once the cooling-off period (7 days) has passed.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that unforeseen events such as illness, accidents, or other significant disruptions may occur.

In such cases, members may request a change to their profile or membership status free of charge.

Any requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the service term ends or significant content is published.
5. Administration Fee
An administration fee of 20% of the initial payment applies to all refunds or cancellations made within the refund eligibility period.
6. Late Payments
For late payments on membership renewals or profile updates, a penalty fee may apply.
