Of course, we are happy to help you with 'last minute' bookings. To fulfil this though, depends on the location of your booking. Also, depends on whether the companion in question is available at that time. All companions have other jobs or study or both aside from Professional Companionship and therefore may not be available at the 'last minute' appointment time. If this is the case, we will recommend someone similar to your choice. If the companion you wish to book is available, they can be with you within 90 - 120min of your booking. This again depends on your location. When you have made the booking, we will inform you of the arrival time of your companion. You can only make a last minute booking by phone. If you wish to extend the time, you can inform the Companion and she will inform us at head office to pass on the request. We will need to know how long you would like to extend the service. Extra hours will need to be paid upfront in cash or bank card prior to extending.

Because of the privacy of our companions, it is not possible to directly contact or remain in contact with our companions. It is not allowed to exchange personal information or ask for personal information. Respect the companions and their privacy as well.

Some companions choose to be anonymous for privacy reasons. They don't want to be 'face out'. In some cases, seeing the face of the companion is possible if you are a VIP member. The VIP member section is by invitation only, where you become a VIP member once you have booked 6 or more hours with Professional Companionship and are invited to be a VIP. If you are a VIP member you can request to see the face of the companions who choose to show only VIP clients their face.

Unfortunately not. If a companion is 'face out' then you can only see the companions with face photos. Companions without faces showing, are only to be shown to VIP clients.

Most companions love to travel. When and how far they would travel depends on the companion and their availability. This is why we ask you to book way in advance if you are in a location 150km from the companions residence. If a companion has to travel far, keep in mind that travel expenses will be charged and that you make the booking at least a minimum of 4 hours beforehand. For travel interstate or abroad, different arrangements will need to be made for which you will need to contact us. INTERNATIONAL BOOKINGS Travel expenses depends on the location you would like to invite the companion. If you would like the companion to travel abroad, (flight) tickets will be charged. Other expenses include Taxi services to and from the airport. Also a compensation will be charged for the travel time the companion has to make which we will determined based on the travel time and type of booking that you make. We will always give a price quotation beforehand so you know how much it costs with no surprises.

You will always get the full time you paid for. If you paid for 3 hours, the companion will stay for 3 hours. The booking starts when the companion arrives at your location. Of course it is possible to have the companion leave earlier if you wish for whatever reason that may be. You companion will be dressed accordingly to the event or the location you have booked them for. If you prefer some other dress code, please let us know and we will make sure that happens.

Professional Companionship is a strictly Platonic service. You can discuss with your companion any specific requirements that you have, for example, pretending to be your girlfriend for an event, then these types of requests are at an extra charge of $100 per hour. We understand that you prefer to be anonymous and that's why we handle your personal information in a discreet way. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. We guarantee the privacy of your information. Of course, our companions are as discreet as we are. Also, our companions prefer to be anonymous also and therefore we ask you kindly not to ask for personal information from your companion, such as their real name, address, phone number or other traceable information. All companions do Outcall services. This means that the companion will come to you. Therefore, please make sure that you have a location to receive the companion. Because the companions do outcall, we wont be disclosing our office address. We have our head office in Melbourne, Australia.

The following payment methods are accepted. * Visa and Mastercard via online payment, or over the telephone payment. (10% surcharge applies) * Bank Transfer (2 days notice for national - 5 days notice for international) * Cash.

Of course you can cancel your booking. We can understand that sometimes something interferes with your booking and you need to cancel it. Just remember that at Professional Companionship, we work the same way as other sectors in any other industry. Our companions make themselves available to you and we expect you to hold up your end as well. If something does happen and you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone on 0403892512. We don't charge anything if the cancellation is made with 24 hours notice. If not, a $250 fee applies for the companions time and not opening that time slot for another booking and any losses incurred.

If you choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer, you need to make sure the payment is made and cleared at least 2 hours prior to the appointment. If you choose to pay in cash, you will need to make a $250 deposit with us, and put the remainder cash in an envelope and hand that to the companion within 15 minutes of the booking.

The minimum age for making a booking is 18 years of age. We don't have a maximum age.

All of our companions are amazing, beautiful, talented and intelligent as well as fun and accommodating. We select our companions carefully and make sure that they are able to perform well as well as be an example of beauty and brains.
